Q: Is there a minimum rental period ?
A: The minimum rental period is seven days, but thank you for the conference contact : email@example.com.
Q : How to put an option on an apartment or a villa ?
A: An option can be placed on an apartment or villa only by e -mail firstname.lastname@example.org . It is valid to within 48 hours of this period without response from the client is automatically canceled without any formality.
Q: When is it my option for online booking ?
A: Once we receive the signed rental agreement and when the deposit will be credited to our bank account.
Q : How do I pay my rent ?
R: By bank transfer, check or cash . No credit card will be accepted.
Q: When do I pay the balance of my rent ?
A: The balance of the rent must be paid 30 days before arrival. For last minute reservations made less than 30 days before arrival the total amount of the rent must be paid at the time of booking .
Q: How much is the deposit ?
A: The amount of the deposit is 30% of the rental amount . It is paid and received at the time of booking.
Q: When will the deposit be refunded ?
A: In general, the refund of the deposit is 15 working days after your departure unless there is any damage to the leased property . In this case the deposit will be refunded after deduction of costs due to parts replaced/ repair costs. The refund then varies depending on the damages.
Q: Are there any additional costs ?
A: There is no admin fee. Additional services such as rental of linen, tourist tax are not included in our rates and are extras.
For cancellations, the scale below is applicable :
- You cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date : the cancellation fee will be 25% of the rental amount
- You cancel between 30 days and your arrival date into the premises : the cancellation fee is 100% of the rental amount
GETTING TO YOUR ACCOMMODATION IN CANNES
The Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport is about 27 km from Cannes, about 40 minutes by car. A direct bus service is available every day. You also have taxis available at the airport, the cost of the fare is about 90 euros. We can arrange your transfer with a private driver, the price differs depending on the cars and services needed. UPON ARRIVAL IN CANNES
Shortly before arriving at Cannes, we ask you to submit your details: mode of transport, arrival time , your phone number , your flight number or train.
The day of your arrival, you call a member of our team regardless of the time and we will make an appointment with you. Shortly after, we will meet you at your accommodation in Cannes.
If you arrive by plane , you call us when you are at the airport in Nice. If you are in a car or train, please call about an hour before arriving in Cannes.
For your comfort , it is important that you follow these instructions and you inform us if of any changes to your arrival.
It is also important for you to come and collect the keys to your apartment or villa before anything else when you arrive in Cannes.

DEPARTURE FROM CANNES
